✿ a week to enjoy being in your body, connecting to others, having space to reflect and disconnect.
✿ we will practice, eat, and laugh together while enjoying the scenery and serenity of an old french domaine.
✿ we will eat home-cooked, french food, that is nourishing, delicious, and nutritious, at a long table overlooking wide vineyards.
✿ expect a vegetarian menu of regional produce: homemade jam, fresh summer veggies, famous melon charentais in its peak season, and other tasty surprises!
✿ our hosts are a welcoming french family who invite us into their elegant, comfortable home for our stay.
✿ we will have yoga class in a beautiful old stone barn, which has been transformed into a space for practicing yoga and moving our bodies. everyday there will be several opportunities to move and breathe: yoga, breathwork, pilates, and even dance.
